CCPIT Light Industry Sub-Council (CCPIT LIS), CFAA Convention & Exhibition Company, and China Food Additives Journal Co., Ltd., the 24th Food Ingredients China (FIC2021) was successfully held in National Exhibition & Convention Center (Shanghai) from June 8 to 10, 2021!Although the food industry is faced with great opportunities and challenges in today’s post-pandemic era, FIC2021 once again lives up to expectations, and gives a satisfactory answer to the industry, in response to the national “dual circulation” new economic development paradigm, and with actively implementing its own high quality development concept.
FIC2021 is a highly cohesive exhibition with 1,552 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises showing their latest achievements in the field of food additives and ingredients. The exhibition is divided into five professional exhibition areas to serve professional visitors, with a total exhibition area of 140,000 square meters, ranking the first among the international exhibitions of this industry! Three academician summits and 38 technical seminars present food additives and ingredients industry this year the most magnificent chapter! The three-day exhibition attracts 51,386 registered visitors, an increase of 2.6% over the previous session, including 856 overseas visitors and 50,530 domestic ones, with total number of 105.160 visits.
